Peterborough Health-Care Services

Peterborough Clinic

The Peterborough Clinic provides care to those that do not have a permanent Family doctor and/or require care after office hours. The clinic operates on an appointment basis and you must call ahead to book an appointment. You are required to present your UHIP card each visit.

Peterborough Regional Hospital

The PRHC Hospital provides emergency health care and clinic care for those that need care after office hours. The hospital operates on an emergency first basis. This results in long wait times because the patient that is most urgent is treated prior to those with less urgent matters. You are required to present your UHIP card at each visit.
